Negative contact energy

      Hello everyone,

I am trying to do an explicit dynamics simulation of a landing gear.

I've problems with negative energy contacts. In the past tries I had a huge hourglass error, thus I dedcided to use tet elements mesh. Bringing my contact force from 175N to 35N, which is more accurate to what I predict in analytical calculation (I predicted 55N).

I've given drop height to the floor (2,8 KG), of 200 mm. Thus it is slow crash. As such, I understand maybe I could use implicit to solve this problem. However it is highly unilinear problem.
