Hydrogel VOF simulation from a nozzle

      I am trying to simulate a hydrogel exiting a conical nozzle to observe the flow of the fluid once it leaves the nozzle and interacts with the air. I am running a transient simulation with gravity enabled. However, when the fluid comes out of the nozzle I am unable to observe a stream of fluid instead it just accumulates as shown in this contour:

      Very coarse mesh which is not appropriate: provide a better mesh especially at the nozzle exit and then rely on dynamic mesh adaption.

      and having an opening straight left to the nozzle exit is not helpful too. Either use a wall and let the opening be bit far away from the exit. But grid resolution is very important. Also consider that you have high viscous fluid so Capillary number and OhneSorge number are very high and this affects jetting and dripping out of the nozzle. Also consider the minimum velocity allowing for jetting.
