Why I get the following error message each time I send to workbench the geometry from spaceclaim?

  Try the following:
  Shut down all Ansys Programs.
  Browse to: %APPDATA%
  rename the Ansys directory to Ansys.old
  Try to run again.

  Thanks for your kind reply but unfortunately did not work. After changing the name of the folder as you suggested, another file in the AppData/Roaming directory is created when Ansys runs again but the problem continue. Besides, after making some changes, a second problem appeared. I was able to solve the second problem but I am not sure how because I changed some options in Ansys and Space Claim configuration,
  It seems that the problem appears in the Ansys student version 2021 R.1. I installed it in another computer and the same problem appeared.
