Hello,

I am simulating a coil in Ansys maxwell and I am applying voltage excitation.

Are the resistance and inductance shown below, the source impedances ? or the resistance and inductance of the coil?

Please refer to Maxwell help topic "Assigning a Winding Setup for a Transient Solver".See note 1. at the bottom under "related topics" which explains the meaning of resistance and inductance in the winding input panel. similarly for eddy current solver.
