I am trying to have mesh convergence analysis by xfem (czm) but as I am increasing a number of elements I am getting more initial cracks. I mean like following

Thanks for your query. Can you let me know how the initial crack was setup in both cases? Also, is this MAPDL or WB-Mechanical output?
