How can I import Excel data to ANSYS Harmonic Response ?

      Hello,

I'm currently realising a simulation of a stator and I got the force applying on each slot as a function of time in a .xls file. How can I import that force to the Harmonic Response module ?

      Thanks for your attention.

Harmonic response gives you the steady state response of a structure to sinusoidally applied load at different frequencies. That said you can import a force vs frequency load as a tabular data in a harmonic analysis. If you want the response with respect to time you need to do a transient analysis where you can apply a time dependent load. Simply insert force>click magnitude>tabular data and copy the column data from .xls file.
      Regards Ishan.
