Ansys EmployeePlease try the suggestions on this post. i.e. Delete/Remove the INI files from your user folder first, before doing a "clean install".

Ansys EmployeeDid you delete the Lumerical preference.ini files as shown in Step #4 from thispost? Otherwise, try to do a "clean install" as shown in the post.
