Unable to run Lumerical (FDTD) simulation – “Unallocated engine”

      I am facing some troubles when running my simulation. Neither it starts running, nor show results. a snapshot is added below:

      what does it mean? what should I do ?

      Please try the suggestions on this post. i.e. Delete/Remove the INI files from your user folder first, before doing a "clean install".

      Did you delete the Lumerical preference.ini files as shown in Step #4 from thispost? Otherwise, try to do a "clean install" as shown in the post.
