How to handle Lattice optimized Solid

I am currently working on the lattice optimization in ANSYS. This is the workflow:

Hi Seems that the lattice optimized structure geometry is not OK - that could be common as it can (optimization) generate very complex lattices that are difficult to handle and create accurate and Ok geometry for.

If you could show the geometry from system E and the error in the mesh inline in your post then perhaps someone can advice.

      Also this video should help

      Hope this helps

Hey thanks so far. I have seen this video already but it didn't help me to find the error.
The error message which shows up when I try to mesh the geometry is: "The mesh generation did not complete due to poor quality elements or incorrect input. Please try meshing with another mesh method or different mesh options."
A weird thing is the structure tree in SC: If I suppress the facets no geometry at all is shown.
But once I open it in the Structural Analysis, it shows up in a normal way, just that I can't mesh nor select only one face.
That is how it looks like:
If you need any additional information, please let me know.

Look at the video more carefully. See the last two minutes. You need a solid body which you do not have as the sc image shows, so check the video.best of luck.
