SubscriberHello! I am doing an air flow in a building by using mass flow inlet for the inlets and pressure outlet at the outlets. I got the results, then I wonder about the changing of contour plot of the air density at the outlets, why is there no any change of contour plot there? It is completely uniform. Unlike the contour plot of air density at the inlets, all the locations of the inlets, there is a great change of contour plot of the air density there. You can see the following figure:

SubscriberHello!! I used the incompressible ideal gas law to calculate the density in Fluent. Is there any problem with this? Thank you for your reply and still look forward to your advice.

Forum ModeratorIf you're using the mesh we've told you isn't suitable it could be numerical error. Or if the mesh is suitable it could be the outlet temperature is uniform so there is no density variation on the outlet.

Subscriber! Thank You so much! I will come again if there is more problem!

Ansys EmployeeIf the temperature is uniform in that region then no density variation will be observed.

Subscriber!Thank You so much! I will check the temperature of those locations!
