Problems in Creating a non conformal mesh interface in Fluent.

I am using ICEM CFD for meshing . In my geometry I want to create a non conformal mesh interface between two fluid zones so that flow passes through that interface. The interface is partially overlapping as shown :

Fluent automatically sets a wall for the parts of the interface surface that don't match with the other side of the interface. They'll be labelled "wall:123" or the like. The created wall is not displayed separately, and the whole interface surface remains as an interface.

I wasn't aware of this. Thank you sir for the prompt reply.

I ran the simulation with following boundary conditions :

The case has converged to a absolute residual of 10 power (-5). However the velocity contours at the outlet of the channels is not as expected :

Apparently no flow is entering the channels from the semi cylindrical header. However the function calculator in CFD-Post shows mass leaving the outlet and so mass conservation is satisfied:

I am not able to figure this out. Is there any issue in setting up of mesh interface.
      Appreciate any help on this.
      Thank you.

Check the fluxes in Fluent and see what that reports.

Actually I had used only two nodes across the height of the channel . Hence it was reporting zero velocity in the channels. Need to refine the cells. Thank you for your support.
