MultiZone blocking decomposition failed

  I'm meshing this geometry in which I wish to give a Hexa/Prism Multizone method to the cylinder. But upon generating the mesh I'm getting the erros
  1.) MultiZone blocking decomposition failed
  2.) A mesh could not be generated using the current meshing options and settings.
