Subscriberafter meshing with the default method
it says "the surface mesh is intersecting or close to intersecting, making it difficult to create a volume mesh. please adjust the mesh size or adjust the geometry to fix the problem"
I tried reducing the default size from 0.024682m to 0.01m and 0.001 but still, the same thing comes up

Ansys EmployeeCn you post the image showing the problematic geometry and the mesh type used. However, based on the your query it is something to do with the geometry used might have small features such as cuts, fillets, chamfers or drafts etc. Try disabling the adaptive mesh and use smaller mesh size. But better suggestions can be made only if you able to post the problem.

Subscriberthanks for replying
anyway I just reduced my mesh size and it totally worked
I have one more doubt
will there be any change in the results if the MAX NUMBER OF CYCLES in the ANALYSIS SETTINGS is reduced??? if yes, please tell me what is the change.

Ansys EmployeeReducing the Cycles in the Explicit realms means shorter simulation time under the cost of inaccuracy of the model

SubscriberI was meshing the same model again with the small elemental size for other parts too but it always gets stuck at a particular face meshing and it seems like it's not going to mesh that face. I will drop u the screenshot and the file of ANSYS.
FYI I am using ANSYS 2020 R2
error.PNG is showing which face meshing is the problem.
I can't upload the Ansys files as it is 384MB. I am uploading it in MEGA and I will drop u the link for downloading the file
please help me
