Solver getting stuck at 10% in mechanical

  Hello,
  I am uses ANSYS 2020 R1 for school. I have downloaded the application on my desktop. When trying to solve my model, the loaded gets stuck at 10%. However, when I use Amazon Appstream, the same file solves perfectly fine. Has anyone else encountered a problem like this? Or have any idea what the issue could be? Thanks!

  Well here is the error window, but it just states that I aborted the process after a while because it was getting stuck and not loading further from the point shown in the first snip.

  Can you present model? Boundary conditions and mesh? It will be much easier to find the reason

  This can happen if the Distributed solver fails to start.
  Try the non-Distrbuted solver.
  In Mechanical, Home (Tab), -> Solve. Uncheck "Distributed" box.
  Let us know if the solve progresses.
