I want to make contour of torque in fluent or in cfd post

You need to create additional variables to store the torques and forces to do that.

Please for the future raise the question in the appropriate category.

You require a user defined function with a user defined cell memory in Fluent which will store force or moment for every single face at the wall in question. With CFD-Post there is no option to show force values as contour plots.

But you can show pressure and wall shear stress values which are basis of force /moment. You might create then additional variable which stores expressions in which you formulate the pressure and viscous force
