what the difference of interior boundary type and interface boundary type?

  Hi all,
  I have some different fluid zones in my model. A UDS equation is solved in some of these fluid zones. I have two options to deal with boundary type of interfaces between these fluid zones. One is to set the interfaces as interior boundary type since fluid can flow freely through these boundaries. The other is to set these interface boundaries as "interface" type.
  I am wondering what is the difference with these two options? which one should I choose?
