Does interpolation numercial schemes method affect convergence only not accuracy?

  I wanna konw if choosing between first upwinding , or quick , can affect accuracy : error with respect to validated data , i know it affects convergence in residuals .

  Yes they affect the quality of the results especially if you are running on coarse grid.

  thanks for your generous answer , if i did mesh independent test so it wont affect quality right ?

  Should not be affected anymore. Actually you need to try to provide a high order solution on an independent grid.
