SubscriberHi everyone,
Is there a way to prevent Fluent from accessing the host computer's network? I am running the student version of Workbench 18.2 and when solving a simulation using Fluent Parallel with 4 cores on the local machine only, Fluent will close with an unrecognized fatal error if the computer's network changes. For example, switching between wireless networks, turning wireless off, or disconnecting from all networks. Attached is the only error file generated that i am able to find.

SubscriberI have just found a solution to this actually. Go into the firewall settings and block all Workbench and Fluent processes from accessing public and private networks. Just in case someone else comes across this issue and cant figure it out.
