Getting Started with Ansys Fluent - Beyond the Basics

Ansys Fluent is a highly versatile and comprehensive software that offers a unique opportunity to explore and analyze the complex fluids phenomena that occur in nature and in human-made engineering applications. Ansys Fluent provides a powerful platform for modeling, simulation, and analysis, enabling us to develop new insights and make informed decisions. In this Learning Track, you will gain advanced skills in performing computational fluid dynamics simulations for modeling turbulence, heat transfer, and transient flows using Ansys Fluent. You will begin your learning journey by understanding how to model turbulence, discovering the practical aspects of selecting a turbulence model, understanding different modeling approaches, and using post-processing tools for visualizing results. In the second course, you will learn the basic setup needed for modeling and simulating various modes of heat transfer such as conduction, convection, and radiation. Finally, the last course will provide an in-depth understanding of performing transient simulations, focusing on the settings required for the simulation and post-processing of transient results. By completing this Learning Track, you will have the knowledge and expertise to tackle complex CFD problems using Fluent.
