Workflow for free access to track completion badges on Ansys Innovation Space (AIS)

Registration on AIS

  1. Please check if you already have access to any one of the accounts from the list mentioned in https://webapps.ansys.com/era/ssosupport/index .
    • If yes, use the same Ansys ID and password to log in to courses.ansys.com and skip this section and directly go to Badge Activation section on page 4.  
    • Else follow the steps mentioned below to create a new Ansys ID.


  2. Login or Sign up using your official email address on courses.ansys.com.

     

  3. To sign up with Ansys SSO please provide your email address and click Continue. 

  4. Click on Send Verification Code.

  5. Verify your email account through a code sent to your email address with the subject “Ansys Account email verification code”.

  6. Post verification you can create your account using (First name, Last name, password…) 

  7.  You can also set up 2 factor authentication for your Ansys SSO account. Select appropriate option and click Continue to Login. 



Badge Activation

  1. After login click on Learning Tracks tab.

  2. Select the designated Learning track and click on LEARN MORE.

  3. Complete all the courses listed in the chosen learning track.

  4. To start with click on Go to Course

  5. Each course consists of multiple lessons as shown below

  6. Complete all the lessons with 100% completion criteria

  7. Similar way complete all the courses in series associated with learning track along with the quizzes if any with lessons.

  8. For the lessons with quizzes, attempt all the questions and click on Finish Quiz at the end of quiz.

  9. After finishing the quiz to proceed further click on Click Here to Continue.

  10. Once you finish all the courses mentioned in the learning track, Click on Buy Badge option available at the bottom of learning track page.

  11. You will be redirected to Marketplace website make sure you are logged in with same email ID used on courses site.

  12. Click on Add to Cart.

  13. Click on View Cart at left bottom of page.

  14. Enter the coupon code provided and click APPLY COUPON.

  15. Once the coupon code is applied total value will change to Zero then click on PROCEED.

  16. You should see a deemed export check asking for citizenship. Select the appropriate option.

  17. Fill in required details as one time process and click on PROCEED.

  18. Click on PLACE ORDER to see the next screen with the order details. Please note it will take an hour for the activation process.

  19. Once the order is successfully placed you will see order confirmation details on next page.



Claiming the badge

  1. Upon 100% completion of all the courses, you will receive a Credly badge within an hour in a separate email from admin@credly.com Click on View Details to accept the
    badge.

  2. In case you don’t receive the email within one hour, please raise a ticket.  https://aichelpdesk.cadfem.in/

  3. First-time users need to create an account with Credly.

     

  4. For creating account on Credly use the same email address as used for courses site.

  5. Login to Credly and click on Badges under profile section.

  6. Select the earned badge.



Sharing the Badge on Professional Network

  1. Click on Share to share in your professional network/social media (Facebook, LinkedIn,
    Twitter)

  2. Click on the corresponding professional network where you want to share your achievement.

  3. Click on the check boxes Add to Profile and Share to Feed for adding badge to your profile.

  4. You can post the same on your professional network as shown below.
