Divergence of Solution due to Highly Skewed Meshes Between Impeller and the Shaft

Using the mixing template my solution diverges due to highly skewed meshes in between the impeller and the shaft. Why is this happening?

The skewed meshes are created because the origin is at the not at the centroid/center of Hub.
The recommendation is to use a workflow that puts the global coordinate system at the centroid of the impeller. This will avoid the skewed mesh.
