How do you choose between the two bounding box options in the Fluent adjoint solver during morphing?
After the adjoint solution, the Design Tool feature enables you to set the bounding box using two methods: cartesian and cylindrical. The bounding box method should be chosen according to geometry shape.
For example, when optimizing flow over rectangular surfaces, a cartesian box shape is more suitable, while for turbo applications (i.e., optimizing blade geometry), a cylindrical shape will be more suitable.
