Resolving Warning Related to Interior Type Zone between Different Solids
Why does Ansys Fluent show the message “Warning: zone of type interior found between different solids!” in cases with interfaces and how to resolve this issue?
This message is self-explanatory for conformal meshes where a common interface zone separates two cell zones with different material. This situation can be corrected with the TUI command suggested by fluent in the Console:
It is recommended that you fix this issue via the TUI command /mesh/modify-zones/slit-interior-between-diff-solids
