On-the-fly geometry modifications

The goal of this part is to implement geometry modifications based on our post-processing findings from the last lesson in Ansys Discovery. We'll focus on live geometry edits and leverage direct modeling to perform quick modifications by adding vanes to direct more flow towards rear vents. Utilizing tools from the Design tab, we'll create a plane on the axis of a cylindrical region, sketch a vane design, and use the pull tool to extrude the surface into a solid body. The model in part can be continued to be used in this lesson, and it already includes this vane geometry as a solid body for simplicity.
