In phase change simulations, there are a couple of options available that can provide the saturation line data like piecewise-linear functions, piecewise-polynomials, etc. One of them is using a user-defined function (UDF).

The DEFINE_PROPERTY macro can be utilized to provide the saturation curve in simulations using cavitation models, evaporation-condensation models, species-mass-transfer models, and more.
