What options are available for post-processing the DPM?
In the Contours panel or other area, if you select a discrete phase model (DPM) and the following variables, it can be used for post-processing:
DPM Mass Source [kg/s]: Total amount of mass exchange of the continuous phase with the dispersed phase
DPM Erosion [kg/m2-s]: Erosion rate that is calculated at any face of the wall boundary
DPM Accretion [kg/m2-s]: The speed of adhesion deposition in any part of the wall boundary is calculated by the following equation:
DPM X,Y,Z Momentum Source [N]: amount of momentum exchange of the continuous phase with the dispersed phase in x, y, z directions
DPM Swirl Momentum Source [N]: Exchange amount of the swirling flow momentum to the continuous phase from the dispersed phase
DPM Sensible Enthalpy Source [W]: Exchange amount of the sensible enthalpy of the continuous phase from the dispersed phase
DPM Enthalpy Source [W]: Exchange amount of the enthalpy of the continuous phase from the dispersed phase (the sensible enthalpy plus the heat of formation)
DPM Absorption Coefficient [1/m]: Absorption coefficient in the dispersed phase calculations, which includes radiation
DPM Emission [W/m^3]: Radiation amount emitted by the dispersed phase particles per unit volume
DPM Scattering [1/m]: Scattering coefficient in the dispersed phase calculations, which includes radiation
DPM Burnout [kg/s]: Mass exchange amount to the continuous phase from the dispersed phase in the law of combustion (fifth law)
DPM Evaporation/Devolatilization [kg/s]: By devolatilization of evaporation or burning particles of the droplet particles, this is the mass exchange amount to the chemical species that are released by evaporation or devolatilized from the dispersed phase
DPM Concentration [kg/m^3]: The total concentration of the dispersed phase
DPM species-n Source [kg/s]: By devolatilization of evaporation or burning particles of the droplet particles, this is the exchange amount of mass to the chemical species that is released by evaporation or devolatilized from the dispersed phase (which is a display DPM O2 source).
