ISO 26262 Workflow — Lesson 2

This lesson discusses the Functional Safety (FuSa) activity by outlining the safety plan creation. The other crucial steps like ITEM definition, Hazard Analysis & Risk Assessment (HARA), and the establishment of Safety Goals (SG) for each hazardous event are also discussed at length. The Safety Goals are incorporated into the Functional Safety Concept (FSC) during the concept phase, emphasizing both functional and technical safety levels. Finally, the lesson explains and navigates the V-model perspective, distinguishing traditional and additional ISO 26262 activities.
