Workflow for free access to Certificates on Ansys Innovation Space (AIS)

Registration on AIS

  1.  Please check if you already have access to any one of the accounts from the list mentioned in https://webapps.ansys.com/era/ssosupport/index.
    • If yes, use the same Ansys ID and password to log in to courses.ansys.com and skip this section and directly go to Badge Activation section on page 4.
    • Else follow the steps mentioned below to create a new Ansys ID.

  2. Login or Sign up using your official email address on courses.ansys.com.

  3. To sign up with Ansys SSO please provide your email address and click Continue. 

  4. Click on Send Verification Code.

  5. Verify your email account through a code sent to your email address with the subject “Ansys Account email verification code”.

  6. Post verification you can create your account using (First name, Last name, password…) 

  7.  You can also set up 2 factor authentication for your Ansys SSO account. Select appropriate option and click Continue to Login. 



Certificate Activation

  1. After login click on Certification tab.

  2. View all the available certificates..

  3. Select the certificate of your choice and click on LEARN MORE.

  4. Certification page will show the details of the selected certificate.
    Click on Buy Now button to redirect to marketplace to proceed further.



  5. You will be prompted with dialogue box, click Continue to access the Marketplace.


  6. Click on Add to Cart button and then click on the View Cart


  7. Enter the coupon code provided and click APPLY COUPON.


  8. After applying the coupon code Total amount should change to zero. Then click on
    PROCEED.

  9. You should see a deemed export check asking for citizenship. Select the appropriate option.


  10. Fill in required details as one time process and click on PROCEED.



  11. Click on PLACE ORDER button to see the next screen with the order details. Please
    note it will take an hour for the activation process.


  12. You will receive an acknowledgment email that activation is in process. Once you receive the
    activation email, click on Access Content.


  13. Once you click on Access Content you will be redirected to Certification page with details.
    You can go through Recommended Courses before taking the Certification Exam.

  14. After completing the recommended courses, you can scroll down to Certification Content at
    the bottom of page to start the Certification Exam. The validity of the exam is 30 days from
    the date of purchase with 2 attempts to pass the exam. So please make sure to complete
    the Certification Exam within timeline with completion criteria.

Claiming the badge

  1. Upon 100% completion of the Certification Exam, you will receive a Credly badge within an hour in a separate email from admin@credly.com Click on View Details to accept the
    badge.

  2. In case you don’t receive the email within one hour, please raise a ticket.  https://aichelpdesk.cadfem.in/

  3. First-time users need to create an account with Credly.

  4. For creating account on Credly use the same email address as used for courses site.

  5. Login to Credly and click on Badges under profile section.

  6. Select the earned badge.



Sharing the Badge on Professional Network

  1. Click on Share to share in your professional network/social media (Facebook, LinkedIn,
    Twitter)

  2. Click on the corresponding professional network where you want to share your achievement.

  3. Click on the check boxes Add to Profile and Share to Feed for adding badge to your profile.

  4. You can post the same on your professional network as shown below.
