How to Use BOIs and FOIs — Lesson 3
The focus of this lesson is on understanding how to set up the body of influence (BOI) and the face of influence (FOI) local sizing types in the Ansys Fluent Meshing Watertight Geometry Workflow. These sizing objects are not a part of the final computational model and are just used to define regions of the mesh that should be refined. In this video, using an example, we will learn how these two local sizing types affect the volume mesh and compare them to other kinds of local sizing.
