Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducting user research to identify pain points, understand workflows, and uncover user needs in aerospace mission modeling.
• Collaborating directly with domain experts, developers, and product managers to translate complex systems into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Designing wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Developing and managing reusable UI components within an enterprise-level Design System to ensure consistency and scalability across STK Next and related products.
• Analyzing and documenting UI patterns, establishing design standards, and contributing to the evolution of our Design System.
• Leading or participating in design critiques and UX review sessions, providing and receiving constructive feedback to elevate design quality.
• Supporting usability testing, synthesizing user feedback, and iterating on designs to achieve optimal user experiences.
