Technical Support Engineer LS-DYNA (16931)
Key Duties
- Help customers with LS-DYNA and Ansys simulations.
- Provide high-quality and timely customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Become a guru in one or more simulation areas.
- Improve Ansys software by submitting defects and enhancement requests.
- Write knowledge articles and post on the Ansys forum.
- Learn new LS-DYNA and Ansys features to support new releases.
- Help marketing and sales with demos and training material as needed.
