Senior Technical Support Engineer (15380)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understand and follow the development processes, best practices, and coding guidelines.
  • Participate in the implementation, maintenance, testing and documentation of software modules and sub-systems
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing of new functionality to ensure that new features and workflows function as intended.
  • Work with the cyber security team to implement all cyber related requirements.
  • Identify defective infrastructure functionality (in dev or live environments) and log defects, alert infra leaders.
  • Evaluate defect tickets, coordinate and assign to get completed.
  • Take process flows and developer instructions and create development (staging) code.
  • Test and validate business requirements to implemented functionality.
  • Coordinate other team members in the implementation, maintenance, testing and documentation of software modules and sub-systems.
  • Convert business requirements into process flows, developer instructions.
  • Participate in the codification of business requirements and structural design of software modules and sub-systems.
  • Review developed functionality for applicability, quality, efficiency, sustainability.
  • Develop subject matter expertise ​and knowledge of new technologies and approaches useful to serve the business requirements
  • Participate in other strategic team and company initiatives, as needed
