Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Leads multiple Product Specialists to ensure development of high-quality products and enable seamless deployment of advanced & complex solutions
• Responsible for driving Product development direction for a complete solution or a product line. Ensures collaboration with Application Engineering teams to consolidate inputs from multiple customers, and partners
• Refines processes to continuously improve product validation and release quality
• Collaborates with AE leadership to plan advanced technical campaigns, and resource Product Specialists for same
• Partners with Application Engineering teams to deliver messaging and competitive positioning around product lines
• Partners with product development teams on release planning, roadmap, feature specifications, test plans, feature testing to maximize quality and effectiveness.
• Recruits, develops, and retains high performing talent
• Builds and develops high-achieving Product Specialists Teams and ensures continuous employee development.  Creates a positive team culture that is aligned with the Ansys culture and provides and environment supporting diversity and inclusion
