RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recover revenue lost to unauthorized license use. The LCS2 is responsible for supporting the protection and enforcement of the company’s Intellectual Property Rights and managing a sales territory to recover revenue lost to unauthorized license use.

• Negotiate large License Compliance settlements. The LCS2 will negotiate large license reviews (software audits conducted by Ansys Licensing Consultants or an external consultancy) directly with senior managers and executives.

• Build a cross-functional team. The LCS2 will manage license reviews working closely with field sales, channel partners, internal legal team, internal licensing consulting team, and third-party audit firms to negotiate a commercial resolution.
