Ansys AI Platform Support Engineer II(16820)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop the necessary Python modules as micro-services for AnsysGPT back-end (RAG, LLM, database, security related, etc.) systems.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient model deployment, testing, and monitoring of AI applications.
  • Evaluate and test new machine learning models and infrastructure for performance, stability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop the front-end access-points for specific AI applications that the team is building.
  • Develop and maintain the library of system prompts for all the applications that the team has.
  • Fix defects and implement enhancement based on internal testing and external feedback.
  • Maintain production and staging environments for all the AI platforms that the team has.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Work with the UX/UI team to develop and maintain the front-end access-points.
  • Work with data team to develop and maintain a suite of tools that can be used for automated or semi-automated data scraping/uploading, including maintaining data indexes.
  • Work with deployment team to build any on-demand infrastructure/platform to handle specific customers or situations.
  •  Participate in other strategic team and company initiatives, as needed
