Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Processing software license and stock orders through multiple CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Generating and delivering timely, precise license keys and entitlement information to sales channels and customers.
  • Supporting customers as they enroll in the ANSYS, Inc. Customer Portal, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Maintaining high standards for data integrity through diligent CRM checks and robust documentation practices.
  • Acting as a liaison between sales, legal, and accounting departments to ensure seamless procedural and policy adherence.
  • Providing quality customer service and support, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Assisting sales personnel with proper order submission and documentation requirements.
  • Identifying and implementing workflow improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Participating in departmental projects, including rollout plans for new product deliveries.
