Sales & Order Operations Specialist(13036)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engaging with sales representatives to prepare, review, and expedite sales orders and related workflow processes.
  • Researching account data, order history, and special pricing to support quote proposal generation.
  • Preparing contracts in accordance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Acting as the primary contact for customers regarding order status, account issues, and license configurations.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders—Account Managers, Legal, Finance, Business Operations—to ensure timely order processing and revenue submission.
  • Performing post-order procedures such as revenue reconciliation and order splits.
  • Regularly meeting with account managers to review opportunities and proactively facilitate smooth deal closures.
  • Collaborating with technical staff to resolve portal access and license installation issues.
  • Supporting and instructing Channel Partners on order processes.
  • Training team members and sales staff on sales policies and procedures.
  • Analyzing paperwork for compliance and accuracy, administering revenue splits, and verifying order completeness.
