Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing expert-level technical support and training for customers and partners on Apache BU simulation products.
• Independently managing multiple customer designs through tape-out, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
• Applying advanced knowledge in custom circuit analysis, VLSI design, physical layout, power-grid extraction, and noise/voltage drop analysis using industry-leading CAD tools.
• Proactively engaging with customers to uncover workflow improvements, technical needs, and new business opportunities.
• Collaborating closely with Sales to expand software usage and drive growth in existing and emerging markets.
• Partnering with Product Development to refine and enhance software products based on real-world customer feedback and use cases.
• Developing utilities and scripts to streamline troubleshooting and debugging, leveraging UNIX and scripting proficiency.
