Supervisor Customer Cyber Requests (17201)

Responsibilities: 

  • Review team responses to customer assessments and questions in a timely manner
  • Lead effective communications with internal teams and customers to understand the request(s), determine how and where it should be addressed, and coordinate with and/or hand-off tasks/requests to the appropriate team as necessary.
  • Work closely with and aid team members to ensure that the security needs of Ansys customers are met.
  • Utilize and improve processes and knowledge management tools and procedures to enable Ansys to quickly answer customer inquiries
  • Partner with a wide range of stakeholders within Ansys to understand their products and processes to ensure accurate responses regarding data security
  • Review team input and determine suitability as needed to assist various business units when interacting with customers regarding cybersecurity issues
  • Ownership of on-going efforts around building an increasingly automated and streamlined customer assessment response process
