Supervisor Customer Cyber Requests (17201)
Responsibilities:
- Review team responses to customer assessments and questions in a timely manner
- Lead effective communications with internal teams and customers to understand the request(s), determine how and where it should be addressed, and coordinate with and/or hand-off tasks/requests to the appropriate team as necessary.
- Work closely with and aid team members to ensure that the security needs of Ansys customers are met.
- Utilize and improve processes and knowledge management tools and procedures to enable Ansys to quickly answer customer inquiries
- Partner with a wide range of stakeholders within Ansys to understand their products and processes to ensure accurate responses regarding data security
- Review team input and determine suitability as needed to assist various business units when interacting with customers regarding cybersecurity issues
- Ownership of on-going efforts around building an increasingly automated and streamlined customer assessment response process
