Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the on-time completion of projects assigned to team(s) while meeting the corporate quality standards
• Ensure that implementation of the product satisfies the product specifications
• Ensure that appropriate methods and procedures are followed
• Recruits, develops, and retains high performing talent
• Create a positive team culture that is aligned with the Ansys culture
• Typically will oversee and manage multiple teams, sections, or units, often via subordinate managers
• Lead teams to build robust and innovative solutions for Materials data management.
• Guide software development and testing activities within your teams.
