Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Define Application’s Purpose: Application’s limits, problems, needs, new features.
• Analyze User Needs: User intentions, problems, experiences (Usability Test, User Persona, Empathy Maps).
• Facilitate Communication: Bridge between users and product leading UX project from all sizes and complexity.
• Strengthen Company Identity: Support and maintain established design and brand standards using company frameworks.
• Brings Modernization & Innovation: Implement of new features, tools and libraries.
• Develop UX activity: Collaborate and exchange with the UX Ansys community to ensure consistency across all user touch points.
• Design: collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into front-end specifications creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, visual designs and interactive prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
