Cyber Security Customer Assessment Analyst (Remote/Hybrid)(16384)
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer assessments in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to understand the request(s)
- Work closely with team members to ensure that the security needs of Ansys customers are met
- Utilize processes and knowledge management procedures to enable Ansys to quickly answer customer inquiries
- Partner with a wide range of stakeholders within Ansys to understand their products and processes to ensure accurate responses regarding data security
- Provide input and contribute materials to assist various business units when interacting with customers regarding cybersecurity issues
- Contribute to on-going efforts around building an increasingly automated and streamlined customer assessment response process
- Apply knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001
- Review and assess customer cybersecurity contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
