Field Marketing Manager - US Remote (16736)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and execute impactful regional marketing programs—including virtual workshops and regional campaigns—designed to engage users, key decision-makers, and influencers across the customer journey.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, delivering scalable, insight-driven, and personalized campaigns to drive account penetration, pipeline growth, and product adoption (e.g., through programmatic ABM strategies).
- Design and lead virtual hands-on workshops and persona-specific engagement programs, owning both the overarching program strategy and end-to-end project execution—including planning, cross-functional coordination, logistics, and timely delivery—to accelerate demand for our solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and corporate marketing, to ensure strategic alignment, drive account engagement, and deliver cohesive, high-impact programs.
- Manage the field marketing budget responsibly, maximizing impact through strategic allocation of resources, and continuously evaluating campaign effectiveness using data-driven insights to optimize ROI and inform future investments.
- Stay informed on industry trends and ABM best practices, consistently bringing forward innovative ideas and solutions to scale performance and enhance marketing effectiveness.
