Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop technical expertise in at least one Ansys Optics product: Lumerical, Speos, Zemax.
• Create new simulation methodologies, troubleshoot problem set-ups, run simulation benchmarks, and update industry best practices pertaining to modeling and simulation of engineered products & processes.
• On an as-needed basis, support the team by conducting demonstrations, webinars, online training, and other meetings.
• Collaborate with the Ansys product development teams to translate customer requirements into exciting new product features; test new releases of Ansys products on industrial problems.
• Assist in reviewing and updating online tutorial content.
• Write detailed technical reports and present results to global Ansys teams.
• Network within the Ansys Customer Excellence team to learn various job functions such as pre-sales support, post-sales technical support, consulting services, etc.
