Transient Structural error (can’t simulate a simple revolute joint)

Hello, I encountered the problem from the screenshot (element in body became highly distorted) and (The solver engine was unable to converge on a solution for the nonlinear problem as constrained). My entire part is a cylinder and a cube, with frictionless contact and a revolute joint between them. I found advice on changing the mesh type, its resolution, decreasing the time step, but this did not help solve the problem. My case may seem extremely primitive to you, but please help me with advice on what to do. Thanks in advance.

Also look at a model in the help manual for some guidance on how to conduct this type of analysis - search there for:

      Friction Stir Welding (FSW) Simulation

      All the best
