To create multiple rounded corners using Ctrl

I have followed the  youtube video and Spaceclaim official post to create multiple rounded corner. 

I have the issues of not getting the desired multiple rounded corner with the ctrl+click strategy.

Please let me know if i am missing something. There is a similar comment on the youtube video.

It should work, can you check the rounds aren't clashing, or that creating one doesn't prevent another operation.
