Thermal Desktop heating rates calculations failing

I'm having an issue where heating rates seem to be failing somewhat randomly. I don't get any error messages, the model just seems to get stuck and I have to force quit out of Autodesk. A few extra details:
- The error appears to be model specific because other people run into approximately the same issue when running the same model but are able to run other models without any issue.
- Currently using 100,000 rays per node, 2% total absorbed error. Model runs most positions in around 30 seconds or less.
- Model uses a vector list with 36 different positions.
- I'm able to restart the heating rates from the failed position. Sometimes it is able to finish the calculations, sometimes it gets stuck a few positions later.
- Using a new run directory does not seem to help.

Would love to hear if anyone has seen a similar issue and if there is an easy fix! Thanks
