Script Error while opening a file in AQWA

Hello there! I'm Surya Teja and I'm new to Ansys Products & I'm supposed to build upon a research project conducted by my mentor. When I open the files he gave me to study, I got this error immediately when I opened the "Model" uder "Hydrodynamic Diffraction". I just opened it, I didn't do anything else. I believe I've installed and applied the license correctly. Please tell me exactly what to do to fix this. I already have a short amount of time to access this software and it would be better for me to spend it on actual work rather than dealing with errors. Also suggest if any other issues I might face which I have to change the code for, so that I don't have to write a query like this again any soon.
