Script Error while opening a file in AQWA

Hello, I’m currently working on a wave energy research project using ANSYS AQWA. The project files were shared with me by my mentor. When I open the file in ANSYS Workbench, the project loads fine, but when I try to open the “Model” under the Hydrodynamic Diffraction module, I immediately get an error.

I haven’t made any changes to the file — the error appears as soon as I click on the Model cell. My license appears to be active and working, and other parts of the software function normally.

My setup:

• ANSYS Version: 2024 R2

• License Type: Academic

• OS: Windows 10 64-bit

I've tried it & it's not helping, I've even tried to uninstall and re-install, but still the issue remains. I suspect there's something wrong in the software itself, not sure what.
