Scaling in-plane vectors according to their in-plane magnitudes

      Hi

I have a 3d circular pipe flow and I am drawing the vectors on the 2D cross-section using vectors>tangential option. But i want to use the vector symbol size which is proportional to the in-plane velocity magnitude, ie sqrt(v2+w2) and not the total velocity magnitude. Does CFDPost automatically does that when i select the tangential option? I am seeng my vectos of shorter length at the pipe bottom and larger in the top part on the cross section. Is this scaling according to the total velocity magnitude or only the in-plane components of velocity? any help is greatly appreciated, thanks

Hi, from the documentation it is stated that when choosing tangential, the vector component tangential to the location will be plotted.
