Revolute Joint Failure

Hi all,

I'm facing a problem modeling a hinge door in Ls-Dyna workbench suite. I'm using revolute joint to represent the hinge's movement and bonded for the welded connection between the hinge and the vertical bar and the mobile part of the hinge with the door. The 3 holes are colinear and both parts are Deformable. I tried to see the movement with "configure" but i says "Failed to configure", maybe because the others contacts with the door.

After the simulation, I can see how the door goes through the hinge and the contact is not working, even the bonded connection between the hinge and the door.

Anyone knows how to fix it? Are there anything I'm forgetting about the definition of the hinge?
